Gardner Woods North is a family owned riverfront property that was purchased in 1939 by our grandfather, Harry R. Gardner.
Harry Gardner was a former New Hanover County Commissioner who was instrumental in the development and establishment of New Hanover County’s first official airport, Bluthenthal Field.
Gardner Woods North has been handed down through the generations and is currently owned by Harry’s grandchildren, Luther T. (Tommy) Rogers, III and Katherine (Scottie) Rogers Anderson.
